The two existing buildings, Vikings and Marnic, are being combined into one new entity: Residence MaViMer. This twin complex forms an elegant unity.
A spacious, light-filled entrance hall serves as the heart of the building—a modern interpretation of a coach house.
The underground garage is accessible via a convenient ramp instead of a car lift.
Designed by 360 Architects (Jan Mannaerts), the project exudes calmness and timeless elegance. Clear lines, light sand tones in the masonry, and bronze accents in the woodwork create a warm, natural appearance. Both the Zeedijk façade and the south-facing façade overlooking the hinterland are fully developed, offering open views over the villas and Park 58.
Generously sized terraces at the front and rear (larger than usual in new developments) provide open, south-facing views and enhance the outdoor living experience.
Thanks to geothermal underfloor heating, you will enjoy an energy-efficient home with comfortable warmth in winter and natural cooling in summer.
